About the Role
Tallant Asia is seeking an experienced Offshore Centralised Bookkeeper to support a portfolio of franchise stores. You'll be responsible for accurate, timely, and standardised bookkeeping, payroll, and reporting, ensuring compliance with Australian accounting standards. This role is process-driven, execution-focused, and key to keeping our franchise operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage accounts receivable/payable
Record sales, receipts, and supplier payments accurately in Odoo
Process payroll, review timesheets, and ensure compliance with awards (using Tanda)
Support month-end and quarter-end close, including financial reporting and BAS preparation
Work closely with the Support Office to maintain consistency and quality across multiple stores
