The company provides full-cycle bookkeeping, accounting, and strategic financial consulting to help clients streamline operations and scale efficiently. The team is fully virtual but highly collaborative, working as an extension of each client’s finance department.

Main Responsibilities

• Full-cycle bookkeeping: monthly closings, accruals, reversals, revenue allocation, and payroll allocation.
• Manage fixed assets, capitalization, and amortization entries.
• Process vendor bills and client transactions in QuickBooks Online.
