A successful and busy residential building company in Wodonga is seeking a capable Bookkeeperto take ownership of the finance function and support the continued growth.

Working closely with the Director and Operations team, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects financially on track and ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

• End-to-end bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, payroll, bank recs)
• Job costing and project profitability tracking
• Progress claims and subcontractor payments
• BAS preparation and compliance
• Cashflow management and forecasting
• Monthly management reporting
• Liaising with external accountants and auditors
