Job Description

I'm currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper to join a friendly, collaborative finance team, working closely with Client Account Managers within a pod‑based structure. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fully digital, cloud‑based environment and supporting multiple client accounts.
The Role
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for a portfolio of clients
Process purchase and sales invoices end‑to‑end
Complete bank and control account reconciliations
Prepare and submit VAT returns in line with MTD requirements
Assist with payroll processing where required
Support management accounts preparation, including accruals and prepayments
Ensure all work is completed accurately and to agreed deadlines
Work closely with colleagues to resolve queries efficiently
