Bookkeeper / Creditors Clerk – Construction Industry (BuildSmart Experience Required)

A reputable company within the construction sector is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Creditors Clerk to join their finance department. The successful candidate will have strong creditors and bookkeeping experience, preferably gained within the construction environment, together with solid working knowledge of BuildSmart.

 

Responsibilities:

• Full creditors function


• Supplier reconciliations and payment preparation


• Capturing and processing invoices accurately


• Assisting with month-end procedures


• Maintaining accurate financial records


• Handling supplier queries professionally


• Supporting the finance team with ad hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

• Relevant finance or bookkeeping qualification


• 3–5 years’ experience in a bookkeeping and/or creditors role
