Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of the Church and Foundation in Dallas, Texas. This position plays an important role in keeping records accurate, managing daily accounting activity, and helping ensure reliable financial reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong bookkeeping experience, handles sensitive information with discretion, and provides dependable support to staff, members, and donors.

Responsibilities:
• Record donations, offerings, and other incoming funds accurately across church and foundation accounts, including cash, check, and electronic payments.
• Prepare deposits, assign funds to the appropriate ministries, endowments, and related accounts, and maintain clear supporting documentation.
