Overview
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with strong expertise in both construction accounting and property management accounting. This role will support two businesses, handling full-cycle bookkeeping, construction billing, job costing, and property-related financial transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Highlights
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM PST
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
