Responsible for the overall activities like AR/AP, order entry, invoicing, inventory and taxes.

**Responsabilities Invoicing**:
Creating orders in SAGE ERP, ERP based on customer PO ́s
Invoicing to customers in SAGE ERP, ERP based on Customers PO ́s
Receiving EDI PO ́s
Creating ASNs on EDI and printing labels
Creating EDI invoices on Commerce desktop
**Reponsabilities Inventory**:
Receiving blanks inventory in SAGE ERP on the confirmation from printers
Receiving printed inventory in SAGE ERP based on the Pacing List from printers
Adjusting blanks in SAGE ERP
Making necessary inventory adjustment based on WMS
**Responsabilities AR**:
Reconcile and follow-up on customer outstanding regularly
Create deposits slips in software and check deposits in bank
**Responsabilities AP**:
Proccesses all invoices, employee expense claims and credit cards statements.
