Bookkeeper (Junior Accountant) - Property Management

Our client, HOA / Community Management company based in Arizona, is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper. Must be professional, knowledgeable, able to multitask, work independently and with a team, and have good problem-solving skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ability to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Bank account reconciliations
- Review of Accounts Payable
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Budget preparation, entry, and review
- Monthly journal entries on an accrual basis
- Board of Director Assistance as it relates to the Financial.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Accounting or a related field
- 2+ years of Bookkeeping experience (required)
- 2+ years of Excel experience (required)
- **Vantaca software experience is required**:
- GL Accounting & Financial Reporting Experience. Knowledge of GAAP
- Exceptional English skills: listening, written, and verbal.
