Due to our continued business growth and success, an exciting opportunity now exists in our firm for female bookkeepers who can start immediately and has experience with reconciliations.

Practical training on a frequent basis will be provided to the successful applicant.

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping
• Bank reconciliation
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• General Ledger account reconciliations
• Client payroll processing
• Preparation of Business Activity Statements
• Maintenance of client files;
• General office and administration tasks, including written and verbal correspondence
