About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at 28 ARC Ventures Inc. in Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte. This full-time position will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the company's accounting operations run smoothly.

What you'll be doing

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and databases
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and other documentation as required
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting-related queries
• Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
