Bookkeeper

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Recordkeeping of financial transactions including posting information to accounting software from sources of documents / Recording financial transactions to which includes uploading and/or submitting information to accounting software from sources of documents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY :
1. Maintain financial transaction records by establishing accounts, posting transactions, and enforcing adherence to requirement set.
2. Ensure documentation is completed and properly filed for internal end external purposes.
3. Ensure all non-financial records used for the company transaction are maintained and updated for proper tagging.
4. Address reported misstatements and provide adjustments or corrections to such.
5. Recommend and proactively implement opportunities for increased departmental efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS :
•Graduate of 4 year Accounting or Business course
•At least one (2) year experience as Accounting Area Office...
