Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Time Zone / 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM Ph Time

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. If you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, along with inventory accounting and customer invoicing, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper seeking a stable, predictable weekly schedule with remote flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Handle weekly bookkeeping tasks: data entry, posting transactions, reconciliations
• Manage accounts receivable, including creating and sending customer invoices
• Support inventory accounting: review item costs, adjustments, and stock accuracy
• Enter vendor bills and assist with accounts payable
