Bookkeeper - part time (school hours) Immediate start

An established service-based business in Melbourne’s south-east is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for an immediate-start on a temporary basis. This is a standalone finance role offering the ultimate part time flexibility of Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm. 

What you'll be doing:

Working closely with the Director you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, including:

• End-to-end Accounts Payable (approximately 12 invoices per day – AUD only)
• End-to-end Accounts Receivable, including collections
• Fortnightly payroll for 16 employees (including overtime adjustments)
• Invoice consolidation where required
• Managing accounts to P&L and Balance Sheet 
• Liaising with external accountants for BAS and statutory reporting
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth finance operations
