Bookkeeper

Mainly responsible for maintaining the company's accounting records, recording transactions accurately, BIR reports submission and compliance, and summarizing financial data.
Ensuring accurate and on time payment of taxes.
Record incoming and outgoing transactions and post to the right accounts.
Maintain and balance the ledger, ensure completeness and accuracy.
Prepare and file financial reports to the BIR.
Generate a monthly and annual alphabetical list report
Monthly reconciliation of sales taxes, payroll tax, and other tax-related tasks.
Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as may be deemed necessary by the immediate superior.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a relevant field
Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
