Hiring: Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)
20–25 hrs/week to start | CST hours | Remote

Our client is a CPA and small firm owner looking for a reliable Bookkeeper / Accounting VA to support day-to-day bookkeeping and tax workflows. This role is key to keeping client books clean, organized, and up to date.
What you'll do:
-QuickBooks Online cleanup & daily bookkeeping
-Bank & credit card reconciliations
-Payroll support (QuickBooks Payroll, Gusto, or similar)
-Prepare sales tax reports for review
-Organize client documents in TaxDome
What we're looking for:
-Strong QuickBooks Online experience
-Solid bookkeeping & reconciliation skills
-Comfortable with payroll and sales tax support
-Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive communicator
