Bookkeeper

• Record daily financial transactions, including income, expenses, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Maintain and update general ledgers and journals
• Prepare and issue invoices; monitor collections and customer payments
• Process payments to suppliers and ensure proper documentation
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of cash flow, petty cash, and payroll-related entries
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required
• Assist in budget monitoring and expense tracking
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards
• Maintain organized and complete financial files for audit and review purposes
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, or tax consultants when necessary
• Perform other finance- or accounting-related tasks as assigned by management
