Bookkeeper

Job Description

We are a US-based company hiring a Remote Bookkeeper/Accountant in the Philippines. This role is responsible for managing accounts payable, bookkeeping, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking. You will also provide basic profitability reporting to help teams understand their financial performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounts payable (bills, refunds, referral fees)
• Bookkeeping (categorization, reconciliations, receipts)
• Cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and basic financial reporting
• Comfortable managing multiple teams and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Must be able to overlap with US business hours
• Experience working with US clients or US companies is a plus
