Overview
The Bookkeeper will manage a variety of day-to-day accounting tasks including categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, generating invoices, and preparing financial reports. This position requires certified expertise in QuickBooks Online, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. The role is fully remote and includes close collaboration with management, customer service, and external CPA support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Demonstrate thorough knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping practices
· Execute weekly bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online to categorize and reconcile transactions
· Maintain awareness of updates to QuickBooks functionality and compliance
· Identify and investigate discrepancies or variances in financial data
· Source and organize all necessary receipts and documentation
