Bookkeeper

Position Summary:

The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining the financial accuracy of accounting systems by supporting the Australian finance team remotely. This role ensures the timely and precise processing of transactions, reconciliations, vendor, and customer account management.

Job Details:

• Work from home until further notice (willing to travel to Pampanga, Makati, and Quezon City for client visits)
• Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Manila Time)
• Following Western Australia Public Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Accounting and Bookkeeping

• Provide accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting support to the Chief Financial Officer and/or Accountant (BPO)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable within Xero, ensuring prompt reconciliation and data accuracy.
