Beehive BPO is seeking a full-time, experienced Bookkeeper to support our financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and highly proficient in QuickBooks Desktop , with a strong understanding of bookkeeping and payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process customer invoicing

Record and manage cash receipts

Maintain insurance compliance documentation

Process weekly payroll accurately and on time

Perform 401(k) reconciliation

Process weekly subcontractor payments
-
Enter and manage job data in QuickBooks Desktop

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
-
Support general bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed
