Bookkeeper - QuickBooks (with US experience)

Position Title: U.S. Bookkeeper (QuickBooks experience required)

Job Overview

The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate, timely, and complete financial records for multiple affiliated companies — Platton, Long Road Warehouse, and Partstop.

This role ensures that all financial transactions are properly recorded in QuickBooks, bank accounts are regularly reconciled, and data from connected CRM systems is accurately reflected in the accounting system.

The Bookkeeper plays a critical role in maintaining financial data integrity, supporting monthly closing processes, and preparing clean, organized records for management review and external accountants.
