We have a phenomenal opportunity for growth in a leading group for a Bookkeeper to take ownership of daily cash management and reconciliations across multiple retail stores .

This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced retail environment, where accuracy, consistency, and the ability to resolve discrepancies quickly are critical.

What you’ll be doing:

• Perform daily bank, card, EFT and POS reconciliations across stores
• Match and clear transactions (credit cards, EFTs, Ozow, online payments, etc.)
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies with store teams
• Maintain accurate cashbooks and financial records
• Support month‑end by ensuring all clearing accounts balance
• Liaise with stores and internal teams to resolve queries efficiently

Requirements
