About Amaka
Amaka is an established Australian FinTech company that specializes in building accounting integrations to automate data entry by syncing data from Point of Sale systems to accounting platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, and MYOB.
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper Support and Sales Expert to join our team and support our growing base of integration users. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in reconciliation, reporting, system integrations, and client relationship management.
You will be responsible for assisting and supporting our integration users with their setup, reconciliation, and troubleshooting. In addition, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our Managed Reconciliation Services by identifying client needs, communicating the value of our solutions, and assisting in onboarding new clients.
