Job Overview

We are looking for a disciplined and detail-driven Bookkeeper to join our finance team. This role is suited to someone who takes ownership of their work, maintains high standards of accuracy, and is comfortable working in a structured, multi-company environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial information and supporting the Financial Manager in maintaining strong financial control across the business.

Key Responsibilities Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance. Maintain accurate general ledger, creditors, and debtors. Oversee and control the creditors' function. Review payroll outputs and ensure accurate and timeous payments. Maintain and update the fixed asset register. Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis.
