We’re looking for detail-oriented and proactive bookkeepers to join our growing outsourcing team. At KloofX, you’ll support international clients. Primarily U.S.-based accounting firms, by managing their day-to-day bookkeeping needs with precision and professionalism. This role is remote-first and fast-paced, offering growth and exposure to international business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry and transaction recording using cloud-based accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)

Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements.

Maintain general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll as required.

Assist with month-end closing processes and prepare supporting financial reports.
