Position Overview

ZIVA is hiring on behalf of one of our clients. We are seeking a
senior-level Bookkeeper / Financial Analyst
to manage the
end-to-end accounting and financial reporting
for a growing real estate investment portfolio of
400+ rental units
across multiple entities and locations.

This role goes beyond transactional bookkeeping. The ideal candidate brings
CPA-level accounting judgment

financial analysis capabilities

translate financial data into clear insights
for leadership and investors. You will serve as the
primary owner of financial accuracy, reporting, and investor communication
