Key Responsibilities:

• Cashiering: Operate the POS system to process purchases accurately .
• Customer Service: Assist with returns, exchanges, and ensuring customer satisfaction .
• Stock Management: Display merchandise, replenish stocks, assist in stock-taking, and receive orders .
• Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment .
• Sales Optimization: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to enhance customer experience .

Job Requirements:

• Work Schedule: 44 hours per week, 5-day work week (1 weekday off, 1 weekend off)
• Retail Hours: Required for store operating hours
• Block-Out Period: Nov/Dec peak period
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Able to start at short notice
