Job Description
Cosha staffing is looking for several full-time boring mill operators He/She will be running the Cincinnati. It has a Fanuc IO controller.
This is normally a 50-55 hour a week job, with working Saturdays as a normal thing.
Sterling Height, MI
Must be familiar with Fanuc Control systems.
Must be able to set up parts in machine.
Must be familiar with setting tools in machine.
Must be able to convert inch-metric.
Must be able to read prints.
Must be able to hold tolerances listed on prints.
Must be able to identify tools required to make parts.
Must be familiar with reading measuring equipment “i.e. Verniers.”
Must be familiar with setting parts with angled surfaces.
Must be able to load program.
Must be able to run part from start to finish.
Must be familiar with making minor edits to programs “i.e. changing a tool number to match
what the programmer has...
