What the Role Is

The Bottling Assistant Supervisor will ensure the proper filling of artisanal and ancestral mezcal, preserving its traditional characteristics, guaranteeing compliance with applicable regulations, product traceability, and quality, safety, and food safety standards through direct supervision of the process and personnel under their responsibility.
