Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned boutique manager to ensure that the customer experience is delivered in accordance with the Peninsula Service Principles, achieve revenue targets and related key results, and drive operational excellence to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: 
Be the manager of the designated boutique to maximize the team’s performance and execute people related initiatives as a manager, such as recruitment, performance review, handling performance issues etc.

Ensure the customer experience is up to the company standard and Peninsula Service Principles.

Propose and execute strategies and action plans to achieve business objectives on revenue, cost saving, spoilage, and other retail KPIs and customer service standards.
