This role is the leader of the business. Ensuring goals are met and other KPIs are achieved. Responsible for ensuring the culture is captured. Represents a part of a larger luxury market and is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards, hiring the best, to ensuring the best visuals, understanding the product and the client. This position must also understand the importance of relationship building within their local community for the events and relationships to know the climate. Responsible for upwards communication.
SALES
Achieves sales budget & revisions, motivating the team to achieve sales targets, and promoting the boutique's goal
Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve the boutique's targets, in alignment with broader company objectives
Monitors monthly sales targets and KPIs, and strategizes plan for achieving monthly and yearly KPI's
Listens to sales team to liaise feedback to Directors
