WHAT YOU WILL DO
+ Plan and lead 45–60 minute group boxing classes (8–30 people) multiple times per day: warm-up, shadowboxing, heavy bag rounds, pad/mitt work, partner drills, conditioning circuits, cool-down, and stretching
