Job Description
Monitor and upgrade the performance of his / her operators in order to achieve production goals
Ensure that customer requirements are being met by close assessing on production volume with proper control on quality
Control and assigning of overtime, maximum utilization of capacity (cycle time improvement)
Control the usage and requisition of production raw material > Ensure operators are well utilized on machines operations
On stagger during operators taking breaks for urgent lots
Take actions for Quality Deviation Notice
Ensure that all machines / fixtures on the production line are in running condition by performing daily / routine check
Responsible for optimum utilization of resources (manpower, machine and materials) in meeting production schedules
Develop, promote and implement strategies towards the continuous improvement of the following total customer satisfaction indices: QUALITY, YIELD, CYCLE TIME, SHIPMENT, ...
