B&P Customer Specialist 1

**What You'll Do**

As a **B&P Customer Specialist 1** , you’ll be the primary contact responding to inquiries from internal and/or external customers, applying skills and procedures to provide a high level of value and service while creating effective working relationships with all customers. You’ll be consistently learning while having a rich variety in the work you do, which includes:

+ Using online procedural manuals and system applications to effectively interpret and resolve customer inquiries and provide clear and accurate information and education to promote understanding of product and services.
+ Educating customers regarding online resources available to promote self-service for most efficient access to information and increased transaction efficiencies.
+ Serving as a SME on key administrative processes including billing options, eligibility processes, reconciliation/audit of billing statement, and assisting with other complex customer issues.
