Job Description

Role: Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Sr. TC) / Business Process Consultant (BPC)

Location: Fully Remote

Hours per Week: 32
Total Duration: 12 weeks

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant or Business Process Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow Risk capabilities. The consultant will focus on implementing and configuring out‑of‑the‑box features, rule frameworks, and risk management processes to support the customer’s operational and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow Risk out‑of‑the‑box functionality.
  • Develop and optimize risk rules, scoring logic, and workflows.
  • Provide guidance on risk management best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
