+ **Experience:** **7–12 years**
+ Independently oversee multiple projects ensuring that all functional and non-functional requirements are met.
+ Utilize strong understanding of core business and technical strategies to deliver best business outcomes.
+ Develop and deploy high quality software solutions.
+ Collaborate with other teams across the enterprise to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
+ Provide mentoring and technical assistance to other members of the team.
+ Facilitate and lead design workshops ensuring alignment with business goals while maximizing out-of-the-box (OOTB) Pega capabilities.
+ Expertise on various integration technologies like SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, HTTP and middleware.
+ Serve as a steward for solution scope, preventing scope creep and unnecessary customization.
+ Build Pega Blueprints aligned with end-to-end business processes and case lifecycle design.
