Role Description
The BPO Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels such as phone, email, or chat. The role requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following company processes, and striving to meet or exceed performance metrics. Additionally, the agent will collaborate with team members to achieve overall objectives and deliver exceptional service. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila.
