BPO Client Acquisition

Role Summary
We are a Philippine-based BPO looking for ONE experienced sales professional who can actively bring in clients from the US, Canada, and UK. This role covers prospecting, sales calls, proposals, and closing long-term BPO contracts.
Responsibilities
Prospect and outreach via LinkedIn, cold email, and calls
Conduct discovery calls with founders and decision-makers
Present offshore staffing solutions and pricing
Close retained BPO clients (dedicated agents/teams)
Coordinate client onboarding with operations
Requirements
Proven experience in BPO / outsourcing / staffing sales
Has personally closed clients
Experience selling to US / UK / Canada
Strong English and confident on sales calls
Comfortable with base + commission
No BPO sales experience = not considered.
