At CUSTOMER OPERATION SUCCESS S.A.S. we are looking for our next Controller to join us in our team. If you are an extreamly organize and passionate about data analitytics professional, this is the opportunity you're waiting for.As Controller, you will be responsable of supervise call center agents, monitor performance metrics, analyze data for process improvement, ensure compliance with regulations and handle escalated customer inquiries.What do you need to be part of this team:
- At least 6 months of work experience in related roles.
- Technical or Technological deegree.
- Strong knowledge in the use of Excel, Microsoft Office, SQL, and Power BI.
- English B2+
Job conditions:
Indefinite term contract
Salary: $2' Comission $ Bi-weekly payment)
Schedule: Sunday to Sunday (42 hours per week).
