Position Overview:

The E-commerce Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information about products, services, order status, shipping, returns, and refunds.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate with customers about any delays or issues.
• Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and best practices to provide informed support to customers.
• Track and analyze customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement.
