Overview
Forvis Mazars Mexico is looking for a strategic and client‐oriented BPO Manager to lead financial and administrative operations for approximately 60 clients in Mexico City.
The role covers key processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Billing, and operational financial controls in a dynamic multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee end‐to‐end BPO operations related to AP, AR, Treasury, Billing, and administrative financial processes.
Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of around 60 clients, ensuring high‐quality service delivery and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements, including CFDI regulations and Annex20 guidelines.
Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and operational scalability to improve efficiencies and service quality.
