A leading BPO company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee customer relationships and operational metrics. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a BPO environment, and demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations and ensuring client KPIs are met. This position is onsite in Davao City and requires a Bachelor's Degree along with proficiency in MS Excel.
