BPO Operations Team Leader

What you'll do:
Plan and coordinate internal projects end-to-end, ensuring quality deliverables and timelines.
Support all phases: Diagnosis → Design → Execution → Deployment → Handoff → Sustainability.
Act as the bridge between operations teams, stakeholders, and implementation specialists.
Analyze data and prepare executive reports with KPIs and performance metrics.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma, automation, process optimization).
Ideal profile:
Background in operations, quality, workforce, or team leadership.
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
