• Support all phases: Diagnosis → Design → Execution → Deployment → Handoff → Sustainability.
• Act as the bridge between operations teams, stakeholders, and implementation specialists.
• Analyze data and prepare executive reports with KPIs and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma, automation, process optimization).
