Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Close new deals and drive business growth.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to foster organic growth and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and implement sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in the BPO industry, with a strong understanding of call center operations, especially those involving the Philippines.
• Excellent sales skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with executive-level clientele.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Work Hours:
• Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time.
Reporting Structure:
• Directly report to the CEO and work closely with them to drive sales initiatives.
