As a key player reporting to the Plant Controller, you will analyze production processes, monitor inventory costs, and provide insightful reporting to support decision-making. Collaborating closely with Plant Manager and other leaders, you'll enhance efficiency while gaining exposure to costing, variance analysis, and automation improvements within finance.
