Job Description
The branch Administrative Assistant will be responsible to coordinate office activities and operations in an efficient manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric Certificate (with maths literacy minimum). Additional related courses/qualifications and advantage.
- At least 5 years in a similar administrative role
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Capturing of invoices
- Managing GRV's and credits
- Debtors management
- Creditors management
- Monthly reconciliations of debtors and creditors
- Managing emails and calls for Branch Manager.
- Reviewing the Financial statements together with the Branch Manager to see where the store can improve.
- Managing Claims and Discrepancies for Head Office
- Printing lists of all sales and credits for t...
