Job Vacancy: Branch Administrator

Position Summary: We are seeking a high-caliber, disciplined professional to spearhead branch operations, financial reconciliations, and administrative functions. Acting as the primary liaison between the Branch and Head Office, the ideal candidate must possess the authoritative presence required for firm recovery follow-ups and strict operational control. Candidates with a Military background or experience in Disciplined Services are highly preferred.

Core Responsibilities & Administrative Oversight

• Financial & Recovery Management: Manage petty cash. Lead firm Recovery Follow-ups to ensure zero outstanding dues.
• Operational Control: Monitor and all Open DNs (Delivery Notes). Oversee all general branch administration and facility management tasks.
