Your new company 
One of Ireland’s largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a Customer Service official at South-West Dublin
Your new role 
You will be tasked with ensuring efficient delivery of customer service. 
Greeting and engaging with customers on banking hall floor – enquiring as to their needs
Guiding customers to the appropriate self-service options – mobile app, internet banking and kiosks. Directing to Teller/Customer Service if required, Handling basic queries and complaints – directing to senior staff as required
Engaging with customers using iPads, updating customer information and sales needs, Identifying sales opportunities, handing over to suitable staff as required
